Maguro, or bluefin tuna, is widely known to be the King of Tuna (selling for upwards of $200 per pound, that is - if you can find it) - high in nutritional value and highly prized in Japanese culture. It is tradition to not waste a single part from head to tail. Up to 36 cuts will be introduced, and the best of these will be prepared for you to enjoy.
